1. Why can't I login to my account?
During the platform transition, we've imported as much data as we could, so your original username and password should still work. If it doesn't, try logging in by adding "ps_" before your username like so... ps_[your username] or create a new account here . 2. What happened to my tokens?
Our new platform is getting rid of the token system and transferring to a newer and more simplified credit system. Your tokens have been converted to credits.
3. What are credits?
Credits are the new form of currency for Peekshows. The value per credit is approximately $0.10 per credit. The new credit balance would be the old token balance divided by 6.
Example: If you had 500 tokens on the old platform, you should have a balance of 84 credits.
500 / 6 = 83.3333
We'll round up to the next whole number for the credit balance.
4. Will my payment information stay the same?
We transferred as much payment information as possible. Feel free to login and review your payment information here.
5. Where are my favorite models?
Most models have been transitioned over to our new broadcasting system. Their stage names may be slightly different, but you can search models on this page. On top of that, they'll be joined by a bunch of new models.
6. What happened to my old shows?
Unfortunately, we were unable to transfer recordings from the old platform. We're very sorry for this inconvenience. All shows on the new platform over 4 minutes long will be recorded for you to view in the future.
7. How do I manage my nicknames?
You can create several new screen names under your account settings. Once logged in visit the My Account Screen Names page. Click "Account Information" and "Screen Names" to view all your aliases once you login. All changes with name displays in chat can also be managed from this page.
8. What about transactions prior to March 14, 2016?

9. How do I access my old message?
With the new platform, we have a new messaging system that doesn't support the old messages. Find your favorite models and send new messages and gifts and show your continued support for them!
